The prayer of a righteous man is ...(James 5.16)

Col 3,16-17 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom, and as you sing psalms, hymns and spiritual songs with gratitude in your hearts to God. 17 And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him. James 5,16 Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective.

I told him so, and said later on that I thought the reason why must be something that lies deep within us - the reproduction genes is a reson. I could not find a smart answer so I said; "We just want to make babies". But I sort of knew it wasn't a proper answer, we know that not everyone even wants children. We shall talk more about it at the cell group on Tuesday night. If you want children, do you know why people want to make babies? Is it maybe a wrong question? Why shouldn't we? The Bible tells us children should be received as a gift from God! We remember Sokrates who asked too manny questions, he got killed because of it - But good questions makes us stronger and wiser. A good question is an invitation and a very good start of a conversation. I learned a lot today, from this thinker. He had a lot of questions... 0a018655e94b88b686ae57955c0094cc.jpg

The Holy Bible says that Children are a reward: Sal 127,3-5 Sons are indeed a heritage from the LORD, the fruit of the womb a reward. 4 Like arrows in the hand of a warrior are the sons of one's youth. 5 Happy is the man who has his quiver full of them. He shall not be put to shame when he speaks with his enemies in the gate.
